Flat-Fee Financial Planning

A Complete Financial Plan, One Flat Fee

Get the same senior, fiduciary planning our wealth management clients receive, while you keep managing your own investments. Ongoing planning from $200 a month, or a one-time plan for $3,000. Retirement income, taxes, investments, and estate basics in one coordinated plan. No assets to move.

When You Want the Plan, Not the Management

Flat-fee planning is built for people who want expert, fiduciary guidance without handing over their investments. If one of these sounds like you, you are in the right place.

You Manage Your Own Investments

You are a confident do-it-yourself investor. You do not want anyone taking over your accounts. You want a second set of expert eyes and a plan you can execute yourself.

You Are Still Building

If you are still building your savings, ongoing planning gives you senior guidance now, priced on your income instead of your assets.

You Are Facing One Big Decision

A retirement date, an equity event, a business sale, an inheritance. You need a coordinated plan for this moment, not necessarily a lifelong management relationship.

What Your Plan Covers

One flat fee, one coordinated plan across every part of your financial life. The same depth our managed clients receive.

Retirement & Income Planning

A clear projection of whether your savings will last, how much you can safely spend, and where your income will come from year by year in retirement.

Tax Strategy

Roth conversion analysis, withdrawal sequencing, and the timing moves that can lower your lifetime tax bill.

Investment Review

An independent, fiduciary review of your current portfolio: your allocation, risk, costs, and whether it actually matches the goals you are planning around.

Estate & Insurance Basics

A coordination pass on your beneficiaries, essential estate documents, and insurance coverage, so the pieces work together and nothing important falls through the cracks.

Two Ways to Get the Plan

Ongoing financial planning builds your plan and keeps it current every year: from $200 a month for people still building wealth, or $350 a month for families within 5 years of retirement or retired, plus a one-time fee to build the plan. Prefer a single plan with no ongoing fee? A complete written plan is $3,000. You'll have your exact number on the first call, before you decide anything. See all pricing

Our Philosophy

Advice First,
Priced Up Front

With flat-fee planning, you pay us directly for the advice. The planning fee is set before we start, and it doesn't change based on what you buy or where your accounts are held, so every recommendation has to earn its place in the plan.

We start with your life, not your balance sheet. What do you want this money to actually do? Then we build the plan to get you there, stress-tested against taxes, market downturns, healthcare costs, and the curveballs real life throws.

When we provide planning and advisory services, we act as your fiduciary, which means putting your interests first. We're an independent father-son practice, focused on your family's future for the long run.

Flat-Fee Planning Questions

Straight answers on cost, scope, and how flat-fee planning works.

Ongoing financial planning starts at $200 a month for people still building wealth, and retirement planning at $350 a month for families within 5 years of retirement or retired, plus a one-time fee to build the plan. The monthly fee is set by household income, or by investable assets in retirement. Prefer one plan with no ongoing fee? A complete written plan is $3,000. Either way, you'll have your exact number on the first call, before you decide anything.

A coordinated plan across four areas: retirement and income projections, tax strategy (including Roth conversion analysis and withdrawal sequencing), an independent review of your current investments, and a pass on your estate and insurance basics. You receive clear written recommendations you can act on yourself.

No. Planning is advice only. You keep your accounts exactly where they are and carry out the plan yourself. If you'd rather we manage things for you, that's our wealth management option, with the planning included. There is no obligation and no pressure either way.

There is no asset minimum for planning. It is open to anyone who wants senior, fiduciary guidance, including people still building their savings and people who prefer to manage their own money.

The discovery call is a 30-minute conversation. We learn about your situation and what you want the plan to answer, then give you an honest read on whether ongoing planning or the one-time plan is right for you. Nothing is charged until you decide to move forward.
